Description:

The house is designed in a contemporary minimalist architectural style, defined by clear horizontal volumes and clean lines. The composition is formed through shifted cubic volumes and cantilevered elements that add depth to the façade while creating protected outdoor areas.

The façade is built using Petersen Tegl K70 and K71 bricks, combined with vertical cladding panels made of artificial wood Millboard Board & Batten, while the windows are executed with Burchardt’s systems. This combination of materials creates a balance between a modern aesthetic and natural warmth.

The plot is surrounded by neighboring houses on all sides, which limited the possibilities for ideal building orientation. Nevertheless, through careful spatial planning we managed to orient the key living areas – the living room, dining space and terraces – toward the most open views and the best parts of the site.
