Description:

This residence is conceived as a contemporary monumental villa defined by strong horizontal lines, disciplined proportions, and a restrained material palette. The architecture is based on a clear composition of interlocking rectilinear volumes, creating a sense of permanence, balance, and understated luxury.

The main façade is organized around a pronounced central axis, emphasized by a double-height entrance portal that establishes a formal arrival sequence and reinforces the representative character of the residence. Deeply recessed glazing, framed openings, and vertical architectural fins generate a sophisticated play of light and shadow while providing solar protection and visual depth.

The upper volume appears to float above the ground floor through the use of continuous horizontal slabs and recessed structural elements, enhancing the perception of lightness despite the building’s considerable scale. Large floor-to-ceiling glazing establishes a seamless visual connection between the interior and the surrounding landscape, while maintaining privacy through carefully controlled transparency.

The architectural expression combines contemporary minimalism with classical compositional principles. The façade materiality is characterized by finely textured natural stone, metal detailing, and warm timber accents, creating a refined balance between solidity and warmth.

Landscape elements, perimeter walls, and fencing are integrated into the overall architectural language, forming a coherent ensemble where architecture, nature, and exterior spaces operate as a unified composition.
